  14. less than the time specified, the license shall terminate at the 
  15. same time that such hunting season concludes.

  18.     The premises licensed herein consist of:

  27.     SPORTSMAN agrees that that he will conduct all hunting in 
  28. strict accordance with the relevant regulations of the laws of 
  29. the State of @309, and further that SPORTSMAN will indemnify and 
  30. hold harmless OWNER harmless from any and all activities and the 
  31. results thereof in violation of such laws and regulations.

  34.     In the event that the activities of SPORTSMAN result in 
  35. damage to property or personal injury, SPORTSMAN shall indemnify 
  36. and hold OWNER harmless from any claims resulting therefrom.

  38.     SPORTSMAN shall provide at his own expense all necessary 
  39. permits for the same. In the event that the hunting contemplated 
  40. cannot take place due to regulatory changes, HUNTER may select 
  41. another lawful type of hunting in place of the designated game. 
  42. In the event that no hunting is practicable or possible, 
  43. SPORTSMAN shall not be entitled to a refund of any license fee 
  44. paid.

  47.     Should the context so require "hunting" shall be inclusive of 
  48. fishing, trapping and target shooting.
